Reservations

• Reservations may be made by clicking on Reserve You Room or by calling 541-482-   4563 or 888-3-HERSEY. (toll free)
• A deposit of one night’s stay for each room rented or 25% of the total charge,   whichever is greater, is required to confirm your reservation and lock in your room   rate.
• Deposits may be paid by Visa, MasterCard, Discover or personal check. Checks must   be received within five days of the day you reserve your room.
• We have a two-night minimum stay during high season. However, single-night stays   occasionally fit into our calendar so please check with us for availability.

Cancellations & Changes

• There is a $25 fee for processing cancellations.
• Cancellations and changes require at least 21 days notice prior to the date of your   arrival.
• Cancellations and changes involving more than one room require at least 30 days   notice prior to the date of your arrival.
• Cancellations received less than 21 days for single-room reservations or 30 days for   multiple-room reservations require payment for all dates reserved that cannot be   rebooked.
• Any change to a reservation that reduces the number of rooms or days reserved may   be treated as a cancellation.

General Policies

•Payment of the balance is due at check-in. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover,   cash and personal checks.
• No refunds will be made for early departures.
• Pets are welcome in the cottage only; no pets please, in the main house.
• Smoking is permitted only outside on the grounds of Hersey House.
• Children 12 and older are welcome to stay in the main house; children of any age are   welcome in The Olde Globe Cottage.
• Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. If you are unable to arrive within this   time frame, please let us know.
• Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. for all rooms in the main house. Check-out time for The   Olde Globe Cottage is 10:00 a.m.. Additional charges may apply for late check-out.
• All policies and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• The cottage is a housekeeping unit which needs to be left tidy when you check out. If   conditions at check-out warrant, a $250 cleaning fee will be charged to your credit   card.
