Hersey House Policies
Reservations
-
Reservations may be made
by clicking here or by calling
us at 541-482-4563.

Deposit of one night’s
stay for each room reserved is required to confirm your reservation
and lock in the rate.

Deposits may be paid by
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. Deposit for
reservations made 30 or more days in advance may be paid by
personal check. Checks must be received no later than five
days from the day you reserve your room.
Cancellations & Changes
- If cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date,
deposit will be refunded less a $25 cancellation fee per room.
- If cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival
date, full payment is required for all nights and rooms reserved.
Room rate less $25 cancellation fee will be refunded if rooms
are re-booked.
- No credit or refunds for early departures
or late arrivals.
- Full price for the entire reservation will
be charged if a guest fails to arrive/show.
General Policies
- Payment of the balance is due at check-out.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Cash
and Personal Checks with prior approval.
- No refunds or credits will be made for early
departure or late arrival.
- Hersey House is a non-smoking facility. Smoking
is not permitted outside within 10 feet of any of the buildings.
- Pets are allowed only in the cottage, please
see detailed pet policies on the cottage
room page.
- Children 10 and older are welcome to stay
in the main house; children of any age are welcome in the
Olde Globe Cottage.
- Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
If you are unable to arrive within this time frame, please
let us know.
- Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. unless prior
arrangements have been made. Additional charges may apply
for late check-out.
- All policies and prices are subject to change
without prior notice.
